Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead pools

Business development Trainee

The ideal candidate will be trained for 6 months to manage the entire lifecycle of Business Development starting from Lead Generation to Requirement Gathering to Documentation to Negotiation to Closure and Account Management.

Post the training period the candidate will be promoted from Business Development Intern to Business Development Executive. The first 6 months the candidate would be on stipend and then once promoted would be advanced to full payroll.

Job Description

  • To generate qualified leads through Cold and Warm Calling, Email Marketing and use of Social Networks.
  • Identify sales opportunities through primary and secondary research including building and maintaining prospects data in CRM.
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and benefits to prospects.

Project Manager

Project Manager will be accountable to handle the projects with delivery aspect such that the client is satisfied.

  • Ability to manage a large size customer - Overall planning & execution.
  • Lead planning and implementation of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics and dashboards.
  • Ensuring profitability of the project by accounting, costing and billing of projects.
  • Project schedule and Tracking preferably TAIGA, JIRA or any other Scrum based tracking tool.
  • Manage Risk and Issues logs with mitigation plan.
  • Timely communicating with all stake holders about the status of the projects.
  • Manage and trace requirements and scope creep.
  • To keep client satisfied and grow the account.

Must Have Skills

  • Project Management, Project coordination, Project planning, Resource allocation and Agile/Scrum.
